Cancellation Policy
I confirm that i understand the following policies when booking with Carol. Cancellation Policy: 48 hour cancellation policy. Scheduled appointments must be canceled 48 hrs in advance or I understand I will be charged 100% of my service total. Deposits are none refundable! Unless Carol cancels. Late policy: I understand that if I arrive after 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, my appointment will be cancelled and I will forfeit my full deposit. A new deposit will be required in order to schedule a new appointment. I will pay 50% of scheduled apt if so. No show: I understand that if I do not show or fail to cancel my appointment beforehand, I will be charged 100% of my initial service. And will require a new deposit to rebook. Any and all deposits will be forfeited. Children/Extra Guests: I understand that no children or extra guest, that are not receiving services, are allowed at scheduled appointment. If I bring an extra guest or child, I will be required to reschedule my appointment and forfeit my deposit and pay 50% of my initial service. ZELLE IS PREFERRED, U CAN ALSO PAY WITH CASH, APPLE PAY, OR CASH APP. IF U PAY CARD 3.6% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE ADDED • CHANGING SERVICE THE DAY OF UR APT FROM COLOR TO CUT ONLY WILL REQUIRE A 50% OF TOTAL SERVICE ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR
